Bingo Battles
Required: 2 Bingo Sheets, Bingo Cards, Coins, Cups

Thief: Steal a coin from the other teams score board
+10: Plus ten points
After each drill, have a student pick a bingo card. That card will be the spot on the bingo board for the students to put a coin. The spot for each card also signifies a game to be played or an english activity to earn points. The team that can get 5 spots in a row on the bingo card is the winner and is awarded 50 points.
Games:
W: Word Spelling. Choose a student to spell a word of the teachers choice. If the student can successfully spell the word, that team is awarded 5 points.
Q: Question: Choose a student to answer a question. If the student can successfully answer the question, that team is awarded 5 points.
Thief: Place a coin on this spot, and also steal a coin from the other teams bingo card and place wherever needed.
C: Coin Games: Play a coin game with the students. The winning team is awarded 10 points.
*Heads or Tails: Play a heads or tails tournament until there is a final winner.
*Spin Coins: Give each student a coin. Students sit on the floor in a big circle. Have all the students spin their coin at the same time. The last coin spinning is the winner. The team that wins 2 out of 3 is the winner.
*Closest to the Wall: Each student gets a coin to throw. The students must throw the coin across the room towards the opposite wall. The student that throws the coin closest to the wall without hitting the wall is the winner.
*Coin Toss: Place a cup for each team on the floor. Give each team a handful of coins. Students have 30 seconds to throw as many coins as possible into the cups from a designated distance. After 30 seconds the team with the most coins in their cup is the winner.
*Bounce Coin: Place a cup for each team on a table or a bench. Give each team a handful of coins. The first student to bounce a coin into the cup is the winner. OR Students have 30 seconds to bounce as many coins as possible into the cups. After 30 seconds the team with the most coins in their cup is the winner.
***This game can cater to all ages. If no one has won bingo by the end of class, you can just choose bingo cards without playing the games, or english activities until a team has won.
