Crocodile Bridge
Required: Dice
Game: Students that are chosen must roll the dice to try and get across the bridge to safety. The student must roll as many times as it takes to either get across safely to receive 10 points, or fall through the holes in the bridge to their crocodile deaths.
* If students fall through the holes in the bridge, the teacher can then become the crocodile and chase the student back to their seat.
* Very simple game that many children can play one at a time quickly throughout class. Students also find very fun to play or watch as the hungry crocodile teacher waits in ambush to see if the student rolling will fall into his/her trap.
* If the class is older, or playing this game for a second time you can write the names of the children on the board that have made it across to the other side of the bridge, and give extra points for the first team to successfully get their entire team across (Or the teacher can draw stick figures in different colors for each team on the other side of the bridge for each student that makes it across and have an extra reward at the end of class for the team that got more people across the bridge).
