Hot Seat: Question Challenge
+10: Add 10 Points
Typhooh: Erase all Points from both teams
Dice X 10: Roll the dice, Multiply the number by 10 = Points for that team
Roll the dice to move the playing piece around the board. The team that has the most points at the end of class is the winner.
Games:
Soccer Tag: Have all students stand in a big circle. Spin a gun (or bottle) in the middle of the circle. The student that the gun points to is the "Kicker". The kicker must kick a ball to try to hit other students that can run freely in the classroom. If the ball touches a student, then that student is out and sits in their chair. The last student standing is the winner. The winner is awarded 10 points.
*After students are "out" and seated they are allowed to kick the ball to try to knock out children from the other team, but they must stay seated and only kick the ball if the ball comes near them.
*This game can be crazy, so any student that cannot play with out pushing should not be allowed to play.
*Once a "Kicker" has played he/she should not be a kicker again until all have had a chance to be a "Kicker". If the same team is a kicker every game, children may feel its unfair.
Hot Seat: The student that lands on this space must answer three questions perfectly. (Questions can come from the teacher, or students from the other team) If all three are answered perfectly then, that student may steal all points from the other team.
*Depending on age, I like to have the other team ask questions so that they may as the most difficult questions they can come up with.
